ARE YOUR FINISHED PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No. We do not conduct any animal testing on finished goods internally, nor do we conduct any animal testing on finished products either via our suppliers or via a third-party facility. Romita Cosmetics is proud to be Leaping FDA & NFA Certified

ARE YOUR RAW INGREDIENTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No. We do not conduct animal testing on our raw ingredients.



DO YOU OBTAIN ASSURANCE FROM YOUR SUPPLIERS THAT THESE INGREDIENTS ARE NOT TESTED (OR HOW DO YOU VERIFY?)

We ask all vendors to provide vegan and cruelty-free statements to ensure animal testing is not done on any finished products or ingredients.



DO YOU USE ANIMAL HAIR IN YOUR BRUSHES?

All Romita Cosmetics brushes are cruelty-free—made with a custom blend of synthetic and vegan fibers.



WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship throughout the United States and Canada.

But please contact us to see if we can accommodate your order!

A reminder that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders over the weekend or on holidays.



HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times depend on your shipping method. please check our shipping and delivery policy on the website. you will find the estimated delivery time frames for each shipping method. 



MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DON’T HAVE IT AND CAN’T FIND IT.

We find that most of the time that your order was likely mis-delivered to a neighbor, left in a mailroom/package room, or picked up by someone else in your household. Please double check those places and with your household first, and if you still have trouble, please contact us customerservice@uhf.grr.temporary.site so we can help out!

Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of your noted delivery date or of the date the issue occurred. We're unable to help past the 7-day mark, and all issues should be reported to the carrier directly at that point.



HOW CAN I CHANGE OR EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please contact us customerservice@uhf.grr.temporary.site  with your order number and your correct shipping address, so we can make changes as quickly as possible. We will make best efforts to accommodate your request, though we ask that you double check your address prior to placing your order, as we cannot guarantee a change in address once your order is processed.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We are unable to edit the items in an order or cancel an order once it has been processed. However, please contact customerservice@uhf.grr.temporary.site so we can best help in accommodating your request!

Additional shipping notes:

  • Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.
  • Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues. Romita Cosmetics cannot guarantee a delivery date.
  • Romita Cosmetics is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact customerservice@uhf.grr.temporary.site and let us know your correct address ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate the change!



WHAT IF I TRY A PRODUCT AND DON’T LIKE IT?

If you're unhappy with a product, please contact customerservice@uhf.grr.temporary.site  within 15 days of your delivery date so we can determine the next best steps for you. Unfortunately, we CANNOT guarantee a refund once your product is opened/used, we will work with you to find the best solution!
