RETURN POLICY

Romita cosmetics will accept returns on products purchased from www.romitacosmetics.com within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered Via CANADA POST and that you send return via CANADA POST for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We apologize, we do not provide shipping labels and return shipping fees are not refunded.
● Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns after 15 days from the delivery date.
● Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns of any used or opened products.
● Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns with the original seal not intact
To initiate a return, Please email our customer care team at customerservice@uhf.grr.temporary.site With your order number, Items you are looking to return and the reason for return.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Client. A member of our customer care team will respond within 1-2 Business days to assist you and provide further instructions.


CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS

Romita Cosmetics will accept cancellation requests but due to our quick processing time, Cancellations are not guaranteed.
