To shop with ROMITA COSMETICS you need to:
• be at least 16 years old;
• have a debit or credit card that we accept (see bottom of page for details of current payment providers); and
• be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).
Some of the goods sold through our website(s) may not be suitable for under 18’s.
If your details change, remember that you need to update My Account so we can continue giving you our best service (you can also update your marketing preferences there).
Order Placement & Product Price Indication
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.
The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on refybeauty.com. The images and the products offered for sale on refybeauty.com may not correspond exactly to the true physical product due to the Internet browser, smart phone or monitor used by the customer.
From time to time, we may price an item or order wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.
If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors.
All prices are quoted in CAD Canadian dollar and USD American dollar.

Any discount codes issued are subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use and maximum order value. If any of the terms and conditions with which the discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the discount code will prevail.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged (and will refund in full any amounts paid by you in respect of the order).
Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of in the indication – by Romita Cosmetics of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment being incorrect, Romita Cosmetics will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product or products at the correct price.
The purchase price of the product(s) and the cost for their delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is shipped.

Romita cosmetics owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on its website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All rights are reserved.
You’re allowed to store, print and display our website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website or it’s content for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
You’re also not permitted to use the Romita Cosmetics logo or any Romita Cosmetics brand or trademark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission.
It’s fine for you to link to romitacosmetics.com as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.
Please don’t link in a way that suggests any form of approval or endorsement by Romita Cosmetics Inc where none exists.

When you make a purchase at romitacosmetics.com you are directly purchasing that product for the brand or brands that supply that product.We ensure that every product on our site is tagged with our brand that holds the rights to that product.
When you complete a purchase on romitacosmetics.com you enter a contract with ROMITA COSMETICS which supplies the goods. We provide a platform which we trade our branded goods to you, the consumer. We complete a sale and process payments, refunds & shipping. Once we receive your full payment for an order, we will remove your debt obligation to ROMITA COSMETICS for that order.
Shipping is handled directly by ROMITA COSMETICS.

Ordering Conditions

By clicking on the ‘Confirm and Pay”’button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the Product(s).
English is the language used for the contract with ROMITA COSMETICS and our respective partner’s, customers and staff.
After your order has been placed, we will process your order. You will receive an automatic order confirmation notification from us. This does not constitute acceptance of your order by ROMITA COSMETICS nor does a contract between ROMITA COSMETICS and the customer exist at this point in time.
ROMITACOSMETICS acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to confirm that the order has been dispatched. A contract will come into existence between you and ROMITA COSMETICS The acceptance email represents an electronic purchase order receipt. After entering into a contract, the brand will be under a legal duty to supply you with goods that are in conformity with the contract.
ROMITA COSMETICS are not obliged to fulfil an initial order and can reject an order at our or their discretion.
